Kitchen and Bath Development Manager

A growing residential interiors organization is expanding its leadership presence and seeking a Kitchen and Bath Development Manager to help drive exceptional project execution and customer outcomes. Focus

  • Lead residential kitchen and bath projects through planning, coordination, execution, and closeout.
  • Partner with clients, field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep project activity organized and moving forward.
  • Review job scope, measurements, materials, schedules, and site readiness to support smooth execution.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and partners regarding timelines, updates, adjustments, and next steps.
  • Support ordering accuracy, documentation flow, and change coordination across active projects.
  • Identify project risks early, resolve issues quickly, and help maintain a strong customer experience throughout delivery.
  • Promote alignment between sales, design, scheduling, and installation functions to keep projects on track.


Skill Set

  • Experience in kitchen and bath, remodeling, interiors, renovation, or a related project driven environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with a customer focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects while maintaining detail, urgency, and follow through.
  • Working knowledge of scheduling, measurements, material coordination, and installation workflows.
  • Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast paced on site setting.
