Project Architect/Project Manager

Location: On site in Tampa, FL


A growing design organization with a strong pipeline of residential and mixed-use work is seeking a Project Architect / Project Manager to help lead meaningful projects from early planning through construction support. What You Will Do

  • Lead the planning and delivery of multifamily and mixed-use architectural assignments from early design through construction support
  • Coordinate internal team members and outside engineering partners to keep drawings aligned with project goals, schedule, and budget
  • Prepare and review drawing sets, technical details, and permit documentation using Revit and related design tools
  • Translate design intent into practical, well-coordinated documents that support execution in the field
  • Track milestones, manage day-to-day project progress, and communicate clearly with stakeholders throughout each phase
  • Support field questions, submittal reviews, and site coordination during the construction stage
  • Apply working knowledge of Florida codes, building systems, and consultant coordination to deliver high quality documentation
  • Help maintain strong standards for organization, quality control, and technical consistency across project work
  • Guide junior team members through production tasks, document coordination, and day to day problem solving
  • Contribute to an in office, collaborative studio environment focused on quality, accountability, and professional growth


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Professional experience in architecture with a background supporting residential, urban infill, or mixed-use project delivery
  • Ability to manage project documentation, coordination, and communication across multiple priorities
  • Strong proficiency with Revit, plus familiarity with common architectural production and presentation software
  • Experience working with consultants and supporting project execution through several design and documentation phases
  • Understanding of construction documentation, technical detailing, and code related requirements
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a team setting while also taking ownership of assigned responsibilities


Preferred Background

  • Experience with multifamily projects, mixed-use developments, or similarly complex building types
  • Exposure to construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, and field coordination
  • Familiarity with podium, wood frame, or concrete building systems
  • Licensure, progress toward licensure, or interest in continued professional advancement
