Deployment Solutions Engineer

They are seeking a Deployment Solutions Engineer who enjoys working where software, hardware, and customer success meet, someone who can help move high impact solutions from implementation into real operational use. What You Will Do

• Lead hybrid deployment efforts that bring connected software and hardware solutions into live production environments across customer sites.
• Install, configure, and optimize components such as cameras, lighting, edge devices, and related site level infrastructure for dependable performance.
• Work closely with customer operations, maintenance, and engineering contacts to support readiness, validation, training, and go live execution.
• Troubleshoot field issues involving hardware, software, networking, controls interfaces, and overall system integration.
• Coordinate implementation activities from initial setup through production handoff, helping ensure a smooth transition into day-to-day use.
• Support data capture, testing, and validation activities that help teams evaluate system effectiveness and adoption.
• Partner with internal engineering and operations stakeholders to communicate field feedback and improve future deployment quality.
• Maintain organized deployment records, configuration details, and practical lessons learned to strengthen repeatable delivery practices.
• Travel throughout New Jersey and to select customer locations as needed to support project timelines and site launches.

What You Bring

• Background in electromechanical, systems, industrial, manufacturing, or related engineering disciplines, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with field deployment, commissioning, technical implementation, or systems integration in industrial or production settings.
• Comfort working directly with physical equipment, setup tasks, calibration work, and onsite issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently in customer environments while managing priorities and maintaining strong communication.
• Confidence diagnosing issues in fast paced operating environments where uptime and responsiveness matter.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and cross functional internal teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly for onsite project support.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to machine vision, imaging hardware, industrial sensors, or edge computing technologies.
• Familiarity with PLC connected environments, industrial networking, and plant floor systems.
• Experience with Linux based devices or other embedded and edge platforms.
• Understanding of validation workflows, data collection, or solution performance assessment.
• Background supporting manufacturing sectors such as food and beverage, packaging, automotive, or consumer products.
• Experience in a growth stage or high velocity technical organization.
