Applications Project Manager

Location: On site in Lewes, DE or Rehoboth Beach, DE

What You Will Do

• Lead delivery across a portfolio of web application and business systems initiatives
• Turn broad priorities into clear milestones, timelines, and accountable next steps
• Partner with developers and technical stakeholders to remove blockers and keep releases moving
• Coordinate QA, testing, and launch readiness across multiple concurrent projects
• Run project check ins, status meetings, and follow ups to maintain momentum
• Bring structure to a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and a growing backlog
• Help guide early career engineers by reinforcing focus, follow through, and delivery standards
• Use project management tools and lightweight process improvements to increase visibility and execution
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies in a way that supports confident decision making

What We Are Looking For

• Background managing application, software, or web delivery projects
• Working knowledge of modern web development lifecycles, APIs, QA, and deployment
• Ability to engage technical teams without needing to be the primary hands-on developer
• Experience in Agile, hybrid Agile, or similarly iterative delivery environments
• Strong judgment, organization, and communication skills
• Comfortable in an onsite setting with close collaboration across a lean team
• Experience helping junior team members stay aligned to priorities, timelines, and quality expectations
• Exposure to environments that include PHP, Laravel, databases, front end technologies, or cloud platforms is helpful
