Manufacturing Electrician

Location: Greater Youngstown, OH Area

Compensation: $38.90/hr + Production Incentive + Sign-On Bonus

Schedule: Mon – Sat weekly rotation across the below shifts

·        7:00am to 3:00pm

·        3:00pm to 11:00pm

·        11:00pm to 7:00am

Our client is seeking skilled Electrical Technicians to support maintenance operations within a modern manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting industrial equipment, working with automation systems, and supporting critical production operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems
• Diagnose PLC-related issues and production equipment faults
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities
• Maintain motors, drives, relays, sensors, and control systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Install conduit, wiring, and electrical components
• Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, LOTO, and safety procedures
• Assist with crane and production equipment maintenance

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical maintenance experience
• Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting experience
• Proficiency working with electric motors, variable frequency drives, control relays, and industrial sensing devices.
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Experience in manufacturing, steel, automotive, or heavy industrial environments
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.

Preferred

• PLC programming experience
• Experience programming, configuring, and maintaining Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, PLC-5, and SLC-500 automation platforms.
• Robotics exposure
• Steel manufacturing experience
