Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support architectural design efforts across a range of project types, ensuring alignment with client goals and project vision
• Develop and produce detailed construction documents and design packages
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, internal stakeholders, and external partners
• Contribute throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from early concept through project completion
• Manage priorities across multiple active projects while maintaining quality and deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture required, advanced degree preferred
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of professional architectural experience
• Exposure to residential, commercial, hospitality, or institutional projects is highly valued
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools such as Revit or AutoCAD
• Familiarity with design visualization and productivity tools including Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination abilities
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities
