Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction across key project phases, helping drive successful execution and overall program objectives.
- Implement scalable processes and project controls that help drive consistency, communication, and execution across cross-functional teams.
- Guide field execution for electrical, cooling, controls, fire protection, and monitoring systems in active project environments.
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to support project objectives, maintain alignment, and drive progress toward key milestones.
- Guide critical phases of project delivery while supporting coordination, documentation, and issue resolution efforts.
- Support the execution of complex initiatives by aligning project objectives with successful delivery outcomes.
- Support the final stages of project delivery by coordinating key transition activities and helping promote long-term operational success.
- Promote safe work practices and provide direction to commissioning staff and project contributors.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant academic credentials and/or demonstrated industry experience with the skills needed to contribute effectively in a complex project environment.
- Extensive experience managing key phases of large-scale infrastructure, technology, or facility-related projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong working knowledge of power distribution, cooling infrastructure, controls platforms, and building systems coordination.
- Experience developing test procedures, managing issue resolution, and overseeing phased turnover activities.
- Ability to read construction drawings, sequences of operation, and technical documentation tied to system performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification, licensure, or other industry-recognized credential relevant to the role is preferred.
- Experience contributing to large-scale, technically complex projects within infrastructure, industrial, healthcare, technology, or similar environments.
- Working knowledge of industry procedures, quality standards, and performance expectations associated with large-scale facilities and critical operations.
