Sales Manager – Luxury Automotive
Location: On site in Greenville, SC
A well-established automotive organization is seeking a sales leader who can elevate team performance, strengthen customer engagement, and help shape the next phase of growth in a premium retail environment. What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a team of automotive sales professionals in a fast paced luxury retail setting.
- Desk deals, guide negotiations, and support the team in closing profitable transactions.
- Coach team members on sales process, customer communication, follow up, and performance improvement.
- Track core sales metrics, pipeline activity, and forecast trends to improve results.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent to strengthen the sales organization.
- Promote accountability, consistency, and a high standard of customer care across the department.
- Partner with leadership to implement strategies that drive growth, retention, and operational excellence.
- Ensure CRM activity is current, accurate, and used effectively to support sales performance.
What You Bring
- 5 or more years of automotive sales management experience.
- Luxury automotive experience required, Porsche, Land Rover, or comparable premium brand experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success desking deals, leading teams, and driving measurable performance outcomes.
- Strong leadership, coaching, closing, and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience using dealership systems and CRM tools to manage pipeline visibility and team execution.
- Ability to build trust, create momentum, and lead with confidence in a high expectations environment.
