Sales Manager – Luxury Automotive

Location: On site in Greenville, SC


A well-established automotive organization is seeking a sales leader who can elevate team performance, strengthen customer engagement, and help shape the next phase of growth in a premium retail environment. This is an opportunity to step into a visible leadership role with strong executive support, a high value product mix, and the ability to make a direct impact on revenue, team development, and the overall customer experience.


What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop a team of automotive sales professionals in a fast paced luxury retail setting.
  • Desk deals, guide negotiations, and support the team in closing profitable transactions.
  • Coach team members on sales process, customer communication, follow up, and performance improvement.
  • Track core sales metrics, pipeline activity, and forecast trends to improve results.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent to strengthen the sales organization.
  • Promote accountability, consistency, and a high standard of customer care across the department.
  • Partner with leadership to implement strategies that drive growth, retention, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure CRM activity is current, accurate, and used effectively to support sales performance.


What You Bring

  • 5 or more years of automotive sales management experience.
  • Luxury automotive experience required, Porsche, Land Rover, or comparable premium brand experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success desking deals, leading teams, and driving measurable performance outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, closing, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Experience using dealership systems and CRM tools to manage pipeline visibility and team execution.
  • Ability to build trust, create momentum, and lead with confidence in a high expectations environment.
