Clinical Strategy Advisor, Women’s Health Nutraceuticals
Location: United States, Remote
A fast-growing women's health nutraceutical company is expanding its U.S. presence with a clear mission: to deliver menopause support products that are not only thoughtfully formulated, but clinically validated. The organization is building a portfolio designed specifically for women navigating the menopause transition and is committed to standing apart in a crowded supplement market by investing in meaningful clinical backing.
To support this vision, the company is seeking a respected U.S.-based OB GYN with deep menopause expertise to serve as a Clinical Strategy Advisor. This is a fractional, high-impact advisory role for a physician who wants to influence the future of evidence-driven women's health products while maintaining clinical practice.
The primary goal of this role is to help the company responsibly and credibly position its nutraceutical offerings as clinically supported through thoughtful study design, appropriate endpoints, and scientifically sound product strategy.

- Provide expert clinical insight into menopause symptom management and the evolving patient journey
- Advise on formulation strategy, ingredient combinations, and clinical rationale for women's health nutraceutical products
- Help define a clear roadmap for generating clinical evidence to support product claims
- Recommend appropriate study parameters, including participant profiles, trial duration, endpoints, and outcome measures for post-launch consumer studies
- Guide the company on how to responsibly communicate clinical backing within U.S. regulatory boundaries for supplements
- Collaborate with product leadership to ensure innovation aligns with real-world patient needs
- Serve as a trusted voice in establishing the company’s clinical credibility in the U.S. market
- Optionally participate as a named member of a clinical advisory board to reinforce brand trust
