Finance Director – Luxury Automotive

A well-established luxury automotive retailer is seeking a Finance Director to lead a high performing finance operation and help shape the next phase of growth for the store. This is a visible leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to balance production, compliance, coaching, and customer experience in a premium environment. The right leader will bring strong deal expertise, a hands-on approach with the desk, and the ability to elevate both team performance and process consistency.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the daily performance of the finance and insurance function for a luxury automotive dealership
  • Structure retail and lease transactions with a strong focus on profitability, lender fit, and compliance
  • Support sales leadership by reviewing deals, removing obstacles, and helping move transactions to close
  • Present finance and protection options in a clear, compliant, and customer focused manner
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with lending partners and financial institutions
  • Coach, mentor, and develop finance team members to strengthen execution and leadership bench strength
  • Monitor production trends, compliance expectations, and process discipline across the department
  • Help create a polished customer experience that aligns with the standards of a premium automotive brand


What You Bring

  • 5 or more years of automotive F and I leadership experience
  • Required background in a luxury automotive environment
  • Proven success leading a finance department and structuring retail and lease deals
  • Deep understanding of lender programs, compliance requirements, and dealership finance operations
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, mentor, and help desk deals alongside sales leaders
  • Professional presentation and a customer first mindset
  • Excellent judgment, communication, and follow through
