This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys practical design work, close collaboration with field and project teams, and the chance to influence both custom project execution and long-term engineering standards. You will play a visible role in moving complex infrastructure projects from concept through turnover while helping shape documentation, design consistency, and technical excellence across the business.

  • Develop practical engineering deliverables that support design build and retrofit projects in active operating environments.
  • Partner with project, construction, and field teams to resolve site conditions and keep design documents aligned with real world execution.
  • Prepare submittals, closeout packages, as built updates, and related project documentation to support smooth delivery from kickoff through handoff.
  • Support control panel concepts, low voltage system design, and technical documentation for specialized equipment applications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to confirm equipment selections, technical compliance, and material readiness.
  • Contribute to standard details, repeatable design practices, and internal engineering documentation that improve quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in site visits and field reviews to gather measurements, verify existing conditions, and strengthen design accuracy.

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years of engineering experience in electrical design, project engineering, or a closely related role.
  • Active Professional Engineer license required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology required.
  • Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical or a comparable design platform.
  • Solid command of Microsoft Office tools.
