Solutions Architect

A forward-thinking organization is looking for a Solutions Architect to develop and guide technology roadmaps for clients advancing their hybrid cloud and modern infrastructure environments. This is a high impact, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys leading technical conversations, building trust with stakeholders, and turning business needs into practical, high value solutions. The position offers strong visibility, a consultative sales partnership, and the chance to influence projects spanning compute, storage, virtualization, backup, recovery, and Azure based platforms.

What You Will Do

• Facilitate client consultations to identify strategic objectives, infrastructure challenges, operational requirements, and potential areas of risk.
• Translate customer needs into practical solution strategies across on premises, hybrid, and cloud based infrastructure environments
• Architect and recommend integrated technology solutions across core infrastructure domains, including compute, storage, backup and recovery, virtualization, disaster preparedness, and Microsoft Azure services.
• Communicate complex technical solutions effectively through interactive workshops, solution demonstrations, visual design sessions, and executive stakeholder presentations.
• Partner closely with account teams to support opportunity development, solution alignment, and client confidence throughout the sales cycle
• Create Bills of Materials, project assumptions, Statements of Work, and professional services scopes that support accurate delivery planning
• Compare technologies across leading vendors and align recommendations to business outcomes, technical requirements, and budget expectations
• Assist in developing infrastructure strategies that incorporate enterprise technologies such as Cisco, Dell, Nutanix, VMware, Microsoft Azure, Veeam, Rubrik, Cohesity, and other industry-leading solutions.
• Contribute to a positive client experience by bringing professionalism, responsiveness, and strong relationship management to every engagement
• Travel to customer locations within Arizona for meetings, presentations, and onsite solution discussions

What You Bring

• Proven track record in technical client-facing or operational roles involving architecture, engineering, consulting, infrastructure administration, or solution development.
• Proven ability to create scalable on-premises and cloud infrastructure solutions that align with business, operational, and technical requirements.
• Strong customer facing experience including discovery, presentations, whiteboarding, and technical solution development
• Hands on familiarity with infrastructure platforms such as Cisco, Dell, Nutanix, EMC, Pure Storage, VMware, Microsoft, and Azure
• Experience designing backup and recovery approaches using technologies such as Veeam, Rubrik, Cohesity, Object First, and ExaGrid
• Ability to build Bills of Materials, Statements of Work, and implementation scopes for professional services engagements
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship building skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and confident way
• Experience within a managed services, value-added reseller, systems integration, or IT consulting organization is highly desirable.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, maintain active automobile insurance, and have reliable transportation available for business-related travel.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
