Warehouse Specialist

Location: On-site, Houston, TX

Must maintain a clean driving record as this is also a delivery driver role

A growing distribution operation is looking for a dependable Warehouse Specialist to help keep daily fulfillment moving efficiently and accurately. The right person will play an important role in supporting inbound and outbound warehouse activity while helping maintain a safe, organized, and fast-paced facility.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate inbound receipts, put-away, replenishment, and order staging for daily customer demand.
• Verify item counts, condition, and paperwork to keep inventory records accurate.
• Prepare outbound shipments and customer pickups with attention to timeliness and load quality.
• Operate material-handling equipment safely and keep aisles, docks, and storage areas organized.
• Support cycle counts, stock rotation, and exception resolution with warehouse leadership.
• Work across warehouse, counter, and logistics teams to keep service levels high.

What You Bring

• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, or inventory support in a distribution environment.
• Comfort lifting up to 50 pounds and staying active throughout the shift.
• Ability to use or learn forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and warehouse systems.
• Strong reliability, attention to detail, and a team-first approach to service.
• Clear communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
