Sr. Full Stack Dev Lead
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in healthcare
technology, particularly with FHIR standards and AWS. This individual will play a crucial role in
integrating healthcare tools, including patient records, scheduling, and telehealth services,
working alongside third-party providers to rebrand and white-label solutions. The role offers
autonomy and the opportunity to work on high-impact projects involving healthcare data
exchange and security compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the integration of primary care tools (e.g., patient records, scheduling, telehealth)
into our platform.
Collaborate with third-party providers to rebrand solutions under our brand (white-label
projects).
Ensure secure and compliant data exchange with healthcare exchanges, including both
sending and receiving data.
Work on FHIR integrations and maintain compliance with HiTrust security standards.
Deliver projects on time and within budget.
Report directly to the Director of Technology and collaborate with a team of three
engineers.
Tech Stack & Skills:
Languages: TypeScript, Python, and shell scripting.
Frameworks/Tools: FHIR, AWS.
Healthcare Experience: Knowledge of healthcare integrations, particularly with
exchanges, and experience with HiTrust compliance.
Bonus Skills: Experience with healthcare data exchanges and any healthcare-specific
technology.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Significant experience in software development with a focus on healthcare technology.
Prior experience in a small-to-mid-sized company or a division within a larger
organization, with a scrappy, adaptable mindset.
No specific certifications required.
