A mission‑driven, fully remote SaaS organization is hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to lead strategy and execution across demand generation, paid media, events, and digital marketing. This leader will design full‑funnel programs that help customers discover and benefit from the company’s tools, partnering closely with Sales and RevOps to drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

The role is hands‑on and highly collaborative, responsible for building a culture of testing, optimization, and continuous improvement. The Director will manage a multi‑disciplinary team, oversee content strategy, website performance, SEO, and emerging AI search visibility, while evaluating new channels and opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency.


This position is fully remote within the United States and reports to the Chief Growth Officer.


Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy and Planning

Own growth marketing strategy, channel mix, budget allocation, and success metrics. Build and maintain a full‑funnel plan aligned to pipeline and revenue goals. Foster a culture of experimentation and report performance with clear ties to revenue outcomes.


Team Leadership

Lead and develop a team across paid media, email, events, and digital marketing. Create a high‑accountability, high‑support environment. Oversee content strategy, SEO, website performance, and AI search visibility.

Events and Demand Generation

Own event marketing strategy for webinars, conferences, summits, and field events. Drive attendee acquisition and post‑event follow‑up. Partner with Sales to create targeted event experiences. Measure impact across registrations, attendance, pipeline, and revenue.

Paid Media and Digital

Lead paid media strategy across search, social, and digital channels. Improve CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS through ongoing optimization. Ensure paid and organic efforts work together to maximize visibility and engagement. Evaluate new channels and AI‑driven opportunities.

Analytics and Performance

Own reporting for leads, pipeline, CAC, LTV, and channel performance. Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate attribution. Use funnel analysis and testing insights to improve performance and scale successful programs.

Required Qualifications

Seven to ten years of progressive B2B marketing experience with direct ownership of demand generation and measurable pipeline results. Three to five years leading marketing teams. Proven success executing integrated campaigns across email, events, paid media, and digital channels. Strong analytical skills including funnel metrics, attribution, CAC, LTV, and performance reporting. Experience managing paid media budgets across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. Demonstrated success running virtual and in‑person event programs. Strong cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands‑on experience with HubSpot. Familiarity with product‑led growth strategies. Experience with ABM. Background in nonprofit SaaS, fintech, or other mission‑driven B2B environments. Experience in high‑growth SaaS organizations. Familiarity with AI‑powered marketing tools.
