The Facility Management Engineer will work for a project-based role within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the Facility Management industry and a strong background in managing maintenance operations, technical services, and facility performance across multiple sites/projects.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in the Facility Management industry
• Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and technical systems
• Experience in managing contractors and service providers
• Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work within project environments across KSA

Preferred Experience:

• HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services background
• Experience with CAFM systems and reporting tools
• Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards
