About the Role:

The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage general ledger activities and month-end/year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Support internal and external audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes
• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or agricultural setting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
