About the Role

We’re recruiting a Financial Analyst to support our client’s fast‑paced food processing operation. This role plays a key part in analyzing production costs, reviewing operational data, and delivering financial insights that help leadership improve efficiency and profitability. You’ll work closely with accounting, operations, and supply chain teams, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both numbers and cross‑department collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production costs, inventory, and variances
• Prepare monthly financial reports and performance dashboards
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
• Review manufacturing data for accuracy and proper coding
• Assist with month‑end close and general financial analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–4 years of financial analysis or accounting experience; manufacturing/food processing preferred
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• High accuracy, strong communication, and analytical mindset
