We are partnering with an established organization to identify an experienced Accounting Manager to lead their accounting department. This key role will oversee the full month-end close process, manage a high-performing team, and ensure accurate and compliant financial operations. Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and performance oversight.
• Manage the full month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Ensure all financial activities comply with GAAP and internal policies.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Support audits and regulatory filings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in full month-end close processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
