Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a scalable, game-changing channel strategy to skyrocket revenue in the U.S. market - Greenfield.
- Hunt, recruit, and onboard high-value channel partners to build a robust network from the ground up.
- Empower partners with world-class training, tools, and joint go-to-market initiatives that drive success.
- Partner with field sales to seize partner-led and co-sell opportunities, turning potential into profit.
- Crush quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic channel contributions.
- Craft a visionary channel business plan that sets the stage for long-term growth.
- Deliver razor-sharp, accurate forecasts using CRM tools like Salesforce.com.
- Forge unbreakable relationships with internal teams (pre-sales, post-sales, marketing) and external partners.
- Engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to elevate our market dominance.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of channel sales or partner management experience in the tech sector, with a knack for breaking new ground.
- Proven track record of building or scaling a channel program from scratch—bonus points for doing it with flair.
- Experience in Identity Access Management, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Software is a big plus, but we love transferable skills from bold innovators.
- Stellar interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in high-stakes, partner-facing environments.
- A self-starter with razor-sharp organizational skills and a strategic mind ready to conquer complex challenges.
- Familiarity with MEDDICC or MEDPICC methodologies is a nice-to-have.
