Role: Finance Business Partner

Salary: £75,000 – £85,000

Location: Central London

Hybrid: 4 days per week in office

Launchpad Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner on behalf of a high-growth subscription based Global E-Commerce brand based in Central London.

As the business continues to scale, our client is investing heavily in modern systems and data infrastructure. This newly created role will be critical in ensuring finance evolves in step with the business.

The core focus around this position is as an FP&A and business partnering role, designed for a commercially minded and systems savvy accountant who can operate across forecasting, insight, and finance transformation.

Working alongside an established Finance Manager who owns day-to-day finance operations, this role will focus on forward-looking analysis, commercial decision support, and the automation of financial reporting, helping move finance away from manual processes and towards real-time insight.

You will act as a key bridge between FP&A, core finance, and the wider technology stack, ensuring financial data is robust, scalable, and available for key decision making processes.

Key Responsibilities

FP&A & Commercial Business Partnering

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes for key areas of the business
• Provide commercial insight on performance, trends, and risks to senior stakeholders
• Partner closely with commercial and operational teams to support decision-making
• Develop and improve KPIs and performance reporting across the business

Subscription & Revenue Analysis

• Lead financial analysis of customer performance alongside the data team
• Support pricing, promotional, and growth initiatives with robust financial modelling
• Ensure recurring revenue metrics are clearly understood and consistently reported

Automation, Systems & Data

• Play a key role in embedding new finance systems, including ERP implementation
• Drive automation of FP&A and management reporting, reducing reliance on manual processes
• Work with data teams to shape how financial data flows into Snowflake
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across Shopify, Skio, and finance systems

Strategic & Change-Focused Work

• Help build a scalable FP&A and wider finance function suitable for a high-growth, subscription-led business
• Support preparation for potential exit by improving forecasting, controls, and documentation
• Act as a change agent, bringing modern best practice into finance

Candidate Profile

Essential

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent), candidates who are not qualified with relevant experience may also be considered
• Proven experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or commercial finance roles
• Strong track record of improving reporting, forecasting, or financial processes
• Comfortable working with automating modern finance systems and large datasets

Highly Desirable

• Experience in subscription-based, Direct-To-Consumer, or e-commerce businesses
• Involvement in ERP implementations or finance system transformations
• Exposure to an Exit process, or PE-backed environments
