Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Central London

Hybrid: 3 days in office | 2 days WFH

Salary: up to £65,000

Launchpad Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing, subscription-based FMCG brand experiencing double-digit growth and scaling rapidly in the UK, with international ambitions.

This is a true Finance Manager role within a consumer brand where finance sits close to the commercial heartbeat of the business. You’ll lead the day-to-day finance function, manage a small team, and act as a trusted partner to the Head of Finance as the business continues to scale.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll take full ownership of the finance function below leadership level. You’ll be accountable for accurate, timely reporting across multiple P&Ls, lead and develop the transactional finance team, and continuously improve systems, controls, and processes.

As the business grows, you’ll help shape how finance supports decision-making, scalability, and control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end finance function on a day-to-day basis
• Line manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, developing capability and performance
• Own the month-end close, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness
• Provide commercial insight, analysis, and commentary to senior stakeholders
• Maintain strong financial controls and balance sheet integrity
• Oversee VAT returns, accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets
• Drive process improvement, automation, and system development
• Support implementation of a new PO and spend control framework
• Act as a key finance contact across the wider business

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent), candidates not qualified with the right experience may also be considered
• Background in FMCG / Retail / E-Commerce or consumer-led businesses
• Interested in growing with a high-momentum consumer brand
