About Amazing Parish

Amazing Parish exists to help Catholic pastors and their leadership teams build healthy, mission-driven parishes. For more than a decade, Amazing Parish has served thousands of renewal-focused leaders, including bishops, pastors, and lay leaders, across the United States and beyond.

Rooted in the conviction that the parish is essential to the evangelization of culture, Amazing Parish supports pastors and parish leadership teams through its Leadership Summit, ongoing formation, coaching, and resources designed to help parishes move from maintenance to mission.

About the Executive Vice President Opportunity

Amazing Parish is seeking an Executive Vice President to serve as the senior operating executive of the organization. Reporting to the Executive Director, the EVP will carry day-to-day responsibility for the leadership, management, accountability, and operational health of the full staff and apostolate.

This is a rare leadership opportunity at a flagship Catholic renewal apostolate. The next EVP will help build a healthy, durable institution capable of serving pastors and parishes for the next generation.

Key areas of impact include:

  • Mission, Vision, & Identity: Protect and advance the apostolic mission of Amazing Parish, ensuring fidelity to the teaching of the Catholic Church and service to bishops, pastors, and parish leaders.
  • Team Leadership & Culture: Lead, develop, and hold accountable the full staff while cultivating a culture of prayer, trust, discipline, virtue, and excellence.
  • Financial & Operational Stewardship: Own budgeting, financial planning, reporting, cash management, controls, compliance, and operational execution across programs, events, technology, and administration.
  • Strategic Growth & Partnerships: Partner with the Board, Executive Director, and Founders to execute multi-year strategy, strengthen donor relationships, steward key external partnerships, and expand mission impact with discipline.
  • Board Engagement: Serve as a trusted staff partner to the Board, providing clear reporting on mission, finances, people, risk, and results.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic in full communion with the Church, with a deep life of prayer and a clear sense of calling to serve the renewal of parish life. This person will bring at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including meaningful senior executive responsibility, and a demonstrated track record of leading teams, managing budgets, driving accountability, and producing measurable results.

The successful candidate will be both a serious operator and a person of deep faith: someone equally comfortable leading a budget meeting, developing a senior team, cultivating major donors, representing the apostolate with bishops and pastors, and serving the Church with humility, clarity, and conviction.
