·      Insurance & TPA Alignment: Collaborate and negotiate directly with property managers, adjusters, consultants, and third-party administrators to lock in approved scopes before production begins.

·      Production Handoff & Budgeting: Work hand-in-hand with internal Project Managers to establish job budgets, set timelines, define labor strategies, and address scope modifications or supplements.

·      Sales & Account Management: Convert incoming leads into active projects through rapid response, build strong relationships with referral partners, and track pipeline metrics using CRM systems (Salesforce).

·      Financial Ownership: Manage job margins, progress billing, deductible collections, change orders, and overall job profitability to ensure financial targets are met.

·      Emergency Response: Participate in on-call site visits and emergency service response as needed.

What You Bring

·      Industry Background: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience within the property restoration or general construction sectors.

·      Estimating & Management Experience: 2 to 3+ years directly estimating or managing water, fire, mold, or reconstruction projects (commercial, industrial, or large-loss exposure preferred).

·      Industry Knowledge: Solid grasp of building codes, safety regulations, and standard mitigation/reconstruction procedures.

·      Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Business is a plus).

Preferred Credentials

·      IICRC Certifications (WRT, AMRT, FSRT, etc.)

·      Xactimate User Certifications

·      T&M Platform familiarity

·      OSHA / Environmental Safety Certifications

Compensation & Perks

·      Highly competitive base compensation plus lucrative bonus/incentive structure (Top Pay)

·      Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefit plans

·      Company technology, travel/vehicle support, and career advancement tracks
