We’re partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS company in the martech ecosystem that’s looking for a Director of Finance to step in as a true business partner to the executive team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, revenue operations, and execution—with real ownership over forecasting, financial planning, and decision-making that shapes the company’s next phase of growth.

🔥 What You’ll Own
- Lead Finance and Revenue Operations
- Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic planning, capital allocation, and growth initiatives
- Drive alignment across the company on financial targets, priorities, and ROI-driven decisions
- Own board-level financial materials and support high-impact strategic discussions
- Provide financial diligence and analysis for partnerships, investments, and expansion initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor across GTM, Product, Customer Success, and Operations
- Optimize headcount, spend, and investments to support sustainable growth
- Improve visibility into revenue performance, retention, and predictability
- Own company-wide forecasting using core SaaS metrics (pipeline, usage, retention, delivery performance)
- Connect day-to-day operational activity directly to financial outcomes
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning end to end
- Build and maintain accurate forecasts in partnership with functional leaders
- Oversee working capital and cash flow forecasting
- Ensure GAAP compliance and integrity across all reporting
- Build scalable financial reporting and KPI frameworks
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Equip leaders with visibility to make smart trade-offs and decisions
- Monitor performance trends, unit economics, and market dynamics
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Proven success in high-growth SaaS / B2B technology environments
- Strong exposure to martech, revenue operations, or deal desk functions
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and growth drivers
- Hands-on leader with advanced financial modeling and forecasting expertise
- Solid grounding in accounting fundamentals
- Confident communicator who can influence at the executive and board level
- Experience with fundraising and investor relations strongly preferred
- Tools: NetSuite and Salesforce a plus; advanced Excel / Google Sheets required
