📍 Location: Torrance, CA OR Plano, TX (On-Site Base)

💰 Pay: $145,000 – $165,000 Base + Annual Performance Bonus + Equity Incentive Program + 401(k) Match

I am partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed managed IT & cybersecurity provider to find a hands-on Director of HR.

We are currently 75 employees strong and scaling to 300+ over the next 5 years through organic hiring and M&A acquisitions. You won't just be "managing policies"—you’ll be building the HR rocket ship that takes us there.

Who You Are (The Vibe Check)

• The PE Growth Veteran: You’ve scaled a company from under 100 to 300+ people and know how to report metrics to a board without sweating.
• The M&A Integrator: You know how to fold acquired teams into the family without creating a civil war.
• The Multi-State Whiz: You actually understand California AND Texas employment laws (which is basically a superpower).
• The Core Values Believer: You live by being a Rockstar (master of your craft), Guardian (defending the team), Yogi (always learning), and PIT Crew (fast + right = same job).

What You’ll Own

• Full HR Department: Lead the HR team (Generalists, Admins, Trainers) across Torrance and Plano offices.
• Talent Acquisition & Scaling: Own recruiting for engineers, tech gurus, and sales rockstars while keeping time-to-fill low.
• M&A Integrations: Lead people due diligence, benefits mapping, and onboarding for acquired companies.
• Performance & Culture: Run quarterly KPI review cycles, manage Trainual onboarding, and keep people engaged.
