A fast-scaling SaaS organization is seeking a GTM Growth Marketing Manager to architect and execute high-impact, multi-channel growth programs that accelerate product adoption and revenue. This is a rare opportunity to lead major acquisition initiatives, influence GTM strategy, and work with substantial marketing investment.


📍 Location: Boston, Los Angeles, or New York (Hybrid or Remote Flexibility)

💰 Compensation: $130,000–$160,000 + comprehensive benefits

📊 Budget Ownership: $5M–$10M in paid search and performance channels


🧭 What You’ll Own

  • Lead GTM growth strategy across search, social, and PLG-driven channels to increase trials, conversions, and subscription growth.
  • Build, launch, and scale integrated growth campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and in-product activation paths.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale paid search budgets ($5–10M) across Google, YouTube, and emerging AI-driven search surfaces.
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Lifecycle teams to uncover activation, expansion, and retention opportunities across the funnel.
  • Leverage predictive modeling, cohort analytics, and AI-powered insights to refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
  • Own full-funnel experimentation frameworks: A/B tests, landing page optimizations, funnel diagnostics, and creative iteration.
  • Accelerate SEO, AI search optimization (AEO), and generative discovery strategies in partnership with SEO teams.
  • Launch co-marketing, influencer, and performance partnerships that extend reach and amplify acquisition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Creative, and GTM stakeholders to ensure cohesive, high-velocity execution.
  • Drive ongoing reporting, insights, and recommendations that continuously improve efficiency and ROI.

🧠 What You Bring

  • 4+ years of GTM growth or integrated marketing experience, ideally inside SaaS or PLG-driven companies.
  • Proven success managing and optimizing large paid search budgets ($5M–$10M).
  • Full-funnel expertise across performance marketing, lifecycle, paid media, and in-product growth.
  • Strong analytical capabilities: cohort analysis, attribution, segmentation, and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with AI-driven search (AEO), generative discovery trends, and growth experimentation.
  • A scrappy, data-driven operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and collaborates seamlessly across teams.
