Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with the internal team and vendors to effectively meet the requirements of the position
- Process accounts payable for domestic entities
- Prepare detailed schedules summarizing cash activities and balances
- Reconcile and maintain various general ledger accounts
- Support the month-end close processes and generation of quarterly reporting statements
- Working with the team to improve financial procedures
- Other special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Proficient in QuickBooks and payables software
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Attention to detail and possess a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments to meet deadlines
