Infrastructure Engineer (Contract)

📍 Los Angeles, California. On site three days per week.

This role sits with an established cyber security and technology consultancy delivering cloud, infrastructure and security services to enterprise customers.

They are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join on a short term contract, supporting endpoint management, identity services, Azure infrastructure and virtualised environments. The focus will be maintaining platform stability while supporting ongoing infrastructure improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support across endpoint, identity and infrastructure platforms.
• Support MECM or SCCM, Intune and MobileIron environments including device migrations.
• Troubleshoot endpoint enrolment, application deployments and client health issues.
• Assist with Azure subscription configuration and access management.
• Support VMware vSphere environments including provisioning and lifecycle management of virtual machines.
• Contribute to patching, vulnerability remediation and infrastructure upgrade activities.

Ideal Experience

• Strong experience with MECM or SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
• Good knowledge of Entra ID and identity or access management concepts.
• Experience supporting VMware vSphere environments.
• Strong Windows server and endpoint experience.
• Exposure to Azure infrastructure and access controls.
