Partner Manager

💰 £65,000 to £80,000 base plus £30,000 bonus (OTE circa £95,000 to £110,000)

📍 Hybrid, 1 to 2 days per week onsite in London office or at partner sites, with some travel as required

Company & role

This role sits with a well established global IT services and managed services provider working across cloud, data centre, infrastructure and AI. They partner closely with major hardware and AI compute vendors, including Dell and Nvidia, and those alliances are central to how they win and grow.

They are hiring a Partner Manager to own a set of strategic vendor relationships and turn them into real pipeline. This is a commercial, relationship led role focused on co-sell, joint go to market activity and making sure the value of these partnerships is understood and used properly across the business. You will be the person who keeps the partnerships active, visible and generating opportunities, rather than letting them sit dormant.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • You will own high profile alliances with vendors like Dell and Nvidia, working at the centre of the AI and data centre growth story
  • Real commercial impact, measured on partner influenced revenue and co-sell pipeline rather than vanity metrics
  • Genuine visibility, working across sales, marketing and leadership to shape how these partnerships are used
  • Scope to build and improve, taking alliances that already exist and making far more of them
  • A strong package with meaningful bonus tied directly to the pipeline and revenue you help create

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop a set of strategic vendor and partner relationships, becoming the main point of contact on both sides
  • Drive co-sell opportunities and build partner led pipeline alongside the sales team
  • Plan and support joint go to market campaigns and initiatives with partners
  • Make sure partner propositions are understood and adopted internally, so the wider business knows how to use them
  • Work closely with sales to identify and progress partner influenced deals
  • Keep partner programme requirements on track, including certifications and accreditations
  • Track and report on partner performance, pipeline and engagement

Ideal Experience

  • Experience in a partner, alliance, channel or vendor facing role, ideally within IT services, cloud, infrastructure or the wider technology reseller and partner ecosystem
  • Experience working with vendors such as Dell and Nvidia is ideal, though not essential. Similar alliance experience with the likes of HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, NetApp, Pure Storage, AMD or Intel is just as welcome
  • A track record of driving co-sell and partner influenced pipeline, not just maintaining relationships
  • Confident building relationships across both your own business and partner organisations, from working level through to senior stakeholders
  • Commercially sharp, comfortable talking pipeline, revenue and joint propositions
  • Familiar with how partner programmes work, including certification and compliance requirements
  • A collaborative, low ego style. This team values people who build trust and bring others with them, so relationship building and the right attitude matter as much as the numbers

If you enjoy turning partnerships into pipeline and want to own high value alliances at the heart of the AI and data centre market, this is well worth a look.
