Business Development Manager (Microsoft Security)

💰 £75,000 base salary + uncapped commission with accelerators

📍 Hybrid, London based.

This opportunity sits with one of Microsoft’s most respected Microsoft Security partners, known for delivering complex security programmes across enterprise customers in the UK.


They are investing heavily in growth and building out a senior enterprise sales team. This is a true new business role focused on landing and expanding within large organisations, typically 5,000+ users, across enterprise and regulated industries.

You will lead with Microsoft Security and Microsoft 365 solutions, working closely with technical teams to shape and close high value engagements across both professional and managed services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through a mix of networking, relationship building and existing connections
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through to close
  • Re engage and convert warm accounts and previous clients
  • Build and manage enterprise relationships across multiple stakeholders
  • Scope solutions alongside technical teams and create commercial proposals
  • Deliver land and expand strategies across Microsoft 365 and security services
  • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Work closely with Microsoft and internal teams to maximise co sell opportunities


Ideal Experience

  • Proven track record in enterprise new business sales
  • Experience selling Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Security solutions
  • Strong background in both professional services and managed services sales
  • Comfortable operating in complex, multi stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience working with Microsoft partners or within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience shaping and closing high value deals
  • Stable career history with consistent performance over time
