Digital Transformation Manager

Enterprise Systems | ERP | Hands-on Leadership

$160–180k + super (13%) + bonus

Hybrid – Melbourne (South East Suburbs) - (2 days onsite)


This is not a cruise-control IT Manager role.


Refactor are partnering with a highly profitable, well-established global FMCG business that’s actively investing in how technology supports the organisation. This role sits at the intersection of systems, people and delivery... and suits someone who enjoys ownership, challenge and momentum.


You’ll be the local technology lead for enterprise systems and major change initiatives, balancing strategy with execution in a business that values progress over perfection.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading enterprise systems and digital transformation initiatives
  • Owning delivery across ERP platforms and system integrations
  • Acting as the local point person for major programs of work
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to turn priorities into outcomes
  • Leading and mentoring a small systems team
  • Getting hands-on when required — this is not a delegate-only role
