You’ll be designing and building AI systems that actually get used (and make an impact), from training monster models to fine-tuning them until they purr, to deploying them at scale. Think less “academic theory” and more “let’s ship this into production so the world can use it.”

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and optimising AI solutions with LLMs and NLP at their core.
• Designing data pipelines that can handle the heavy lifting of big model training & inference.
• Working with data scientists and engineers to get models into production (and keep them there).
• Fine-tuning pre-trained models to solve real-world problems.
• Making models faster, smarter, and better with clever augmentation & preprocessing.
• Using MLOps wizardry to automate training and deployment.
• Keeping on top of AI trends so we’re always ahead of the curve.
• Mentoring juniors and spreading your AI wisdom.

What we’re looking for:

• Deep experience in AI/ML, especially with LLMs and NLP.
• Strong Python skills and fluency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers.
• Comfort with deep learning architectures (RNNs, CNNs, Transformers).
• Experience with big data tools like Spark or Dask.
• MLOps know-how, including CI/CD for models.
• Cloud skills (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Problem-solving superpowers and a love of turning messy data into magic.
• A great communicator who plays well with others.
