Senior DevOps Engineer

We’re partnering with a clinician-founded health-tech company building production systems used in real clinical environments across the US.
They’re at an important stage — scaling responsibly, strengthening platform maturity, and investing properly in infrastructure, security, and deployment discipline.
This is a senior hire. One that will meaningfully shape how their platform operates over the next few years.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of:
- CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments (Azure DevOps)
- Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Containerised workloads (Docker / Kubernetes / AKS)
- Observability, reliability and performance optimisation
- DevSecOps practices and security hardening
- Supporting the deployment of ML models into production (MLOps)
This isn’t just maintaining pipelines — it’s strengthening the foundations of a cloud-native healthcare platform.
The Environment
- Azure cloud (AKS, App Services, identity models)
- Azure DevOps
- Terraform
- Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
- Python / Bash scripting
- Production ML deployments
- Regulated, security-conscious data environment
What They’re Looking For
- Strong Azure and cloud architecture experience
- Proven CI/CD ownership end-to-end
- Infrastructure-as-code depth (Terraform preferred)
- Security-aware engineering mindset
- Experience deploying or maintaining ML models in production
- Comfortable operating as a senior IC in a lean team
They value people who can explain their thinking clearly, weigh trade-offs, and collaborate across product, data and engineering.
