We are recruiting for a Melbourne-based financial trading environment seeking a highly switched-on graduate to join their desk.
This is what the industry traditionally calls a Sales Trader role.
You will be executing trades, supporting active clients, and operating in a fast-moving market setting where accuracy, composure and attention to detail matter.
💻 What You’ll Be Working On
Executing client trades (after structured training)
Providing front-line support via phone, email and live chat
Resolving trade disputes
Assisting clients with trading platform queries
Conducting client administration and audit checks
Engaging with clients regarding financial markets and platform functionality
You are the first port of call for clients — professionalism and numerical confidence are essential.
🛠What You’ll Need
Fluent Cantonese and English (Mandarin highly regarded)
Degree qualified (Finance or related discipline preferred)
Genuine interest in financial markets
Strong mental maths and numerical aptitude
Excellent communication skills
Commercially aware and genuinely motivated
Sales exposure is advantageous but not required.
Full training is provided.
