💻 Product Delivery Specialist / Product Analyst | Contract | Remote

I’m looking for an experienced Product Delivery Specialist / Product Analyst to join a growing technology business on an initial 4-month contract.

This isn’t a traditional Business Analyst role.

I’m looking for someone who can take existing product requirements and turn them into clear, detailed, engineering-ready delivery work.

You’ll sit across Product, Design and Engineering, using AI tools heavily to move quickly from high-level requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases and release-ready documentation.

What you’ll be doing:

🔥 Turning high-level product requirements into detailed Jira user stories

🧠 Writing clear acceptance criteria, negative cases and edge cases

🤖 Using AI tools to accelerate story creation, refinement and documentation

🎨 Identifying where additional designs or product states are needed

💻 Working closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams

🚀 Helping move requirements quickly into build-ready work

⚙️ Supporting backlog refinement and engineering discussions

📝 Producing release notes and clear product-value documentation

🔍 Spotting gaps, missing requirements and potential delivery issues

🤝 Acting as the connective tissue between Product and Engineering

What I’m looking for:

✅ Strong experience working in Product Delivery, Product Analysis, Product Ownership or similar

✅ Excellent experience with Jira and user stories

✅ Strong understanding of acceptance criteria, backlog refinement and software delivery

✅ Comfortable working closely with software engineering teams

✅ Strong product mindset with the ability to understand the wider business value behind requirements

✅ Experience identifying edge cases, dependencies and missing requirements

✅ Confident using AI tools to speed up product and delivery workflows

✅ Able to work independently and move quickly in a contract environment

⭐ Previous experience within a regulated industry such as FinTech, Financial Services, HealthTech or similar would be highly beneficial

You don’t need life sciences experience.

This also isn’t a role for someone who simply takes notes and moves tickets around.

I’m looking for someone who can genuinely understand what needs to be built, challenge where necessary and make sure Engineering receives everything they need to deliver it properly.

This would suit someone who enjoys working right in the middle of Product and Engineering and likes turning ideas into clear, structured, build-ready work.
