Partnerships Manager – Emerging Markets

$95k-120k + super + bonus

Melbourne | Hybrid (3 days in)


The gig:

This global trading powerhouse (think stocks, crypto, CFDs, futures and all things leveraged) is scaling up across APAC — and they’re looking for a Partnerships pro who can actually sell, not just “nurture relationships.”


You’ll own a patch spanning Greater China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Southeast Asia — building relationships with trading educators, affiliates and introducing partners. 80% of your time will be pure business development: hunting new partnerships, hitting the expos, shaking hands (and probably the occasional Mai Tai) to grow brand reach and revenue.


You’ll:

  • Hunt, build and grow partnership deals across the APAC region.
  • Manage and optimise affiliate + introducing partner channels.
  • Travel a few times a year for expos and partner visits (quarterly-ish).
  • Work closely with marketing, sales and compliance to keep deals tight and compliant.
  • Report directly to the Head of Partnerships in Melbourne.


You’ve got:

  • 4+ years in partnerships, BD or affiliate management (finance, trading, or high-stakes SaaS).
  • A knack for finding and converting high-value partners — you love a chase.
  • Fluency in English plus Mandarin or Cantonese (Malay/Thai considered).
  • A deep understanding of trading, CFD, or fintech ecosystems.
  • That “commercial animal” energy — curious, proactive, relentless.


The money:

Base $85k – $120k + super + uncapped commission (OTE up to 2× base for top performers).
