My client, a fast-growing fintech, is looking for a Head of Financial Crime Transformation to design and deliver a future-ready financial crime operating model. This isn’t BAU oversight – it’s a senior change role driving innovation, scalability, and resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformation across financial crime, embedding AI, automation, and data-driven decision making.
• Design and optimise financial crime systems, processes, and controls.
• Act as the connector between Compliance, Product, Ops, and Tech.
• Ensure robust governance, risk ownership, and scalable solutions.

About you

• Senior experience in financial crime within fintech, banking, or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of FCA, JMLSG, and MLRs.
• Expertise in financial crime systems and automation.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
