Are you ready to take the lead on a cutting-edge SaaS development project? We are looking for innovative C# Software Developers to join our team and shape the future of our new SaaS solution. This is a unique opportunity to work on an exciting innovation project with a team that is 100% focused on creating ground breaking solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the development of a new SaaS solution from the ground up.
• Collaborate with internal teams and operational business units to drive innovation.
• Work closely with our Managing Director, who serves as the Product Owner.
• Engage with an enthusiastic customer base eager to contribute to the solution’s development.
• Be involved in customer feedback sessions and support the broader team as it expands.
• Utilise modern Agile development methodologies and, if needed, be provided with training in AWS and .NET technologies.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with Agile development and a passion for modern development techniques.
• SaaS development experience or a mindset that embraces SaaS principles.
• Comfortable with solution architecture and takes initiative in guiding the solution.
• AWS development experience (preferred, but training available for the right candidate).
• Proficiency in Jira Cloud is a plus, though not essential.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to support a growing team and business.
• A proactive, enquiring mind and a hunger to push boundaries within our industry.
