My client, a leading provider of flexible workspace solutions, is expanding their sales team and seeking an ambitious New Business Executive to join them in their brand-new Birmingham office.

What’s on offer:

• Competitive salary from £26k, up to £32k DOE.
• OTE £50k once fully trained (first-year earnings £35k–£40k).
• Clear career progression – start managing smaller enquiries (1–4 desks), and after probation move to larger opportunities (up to 15 desks).
• Strong commission potential – recent team members earned £2k commission from single deals.
• Modern workplace in Birmingham City Centre with 1 day a week WFH.
