Leading U.S. Growth for a Next-Generation Unmanned Systems Company

Location: Northern Virginia (In-Person Preferred) + Travel as Needed

This is not a maintenance role. This is a build role.


The Opportunity

We are seeking a Chief Growth Officer to own and lead all growth initiatives across the U.S. This executive will be responsible for revenue strategy, federal and commercial expansion, partnerships, and scaling a high-performance growth organization.

You will work directly with the CEO and executive team to shape go-to-market strategy, influence product direction, and turn market demand into repeatable revenue.

What You’ll Own

  • Full accountability for U.S. growth strategy and execution
  • Federal, defense, and public safety market expansion
  • Commercial and dual-use go-to-market initiatives
  • Strategic partnerships with primes, integrators, and ecosystem partners
  • Long-range growth planning aligned with product and engineering roadmaps


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a comprehensive U.S. growth and go-to-market strategy
  • Lead federal capture efforts across DoD, DHS, and related agencies
  • Develop and manage senior relationships with government, industry partners, and customers
  • Drive pipeline creation, forecasting discipline, and executive-level reporting
  • Translate customer needs into actionable product and market priorities
  • Represent the company at industry events, demos, and strategic briefings
  • Recruit, build, and lead a best-in-class growth and business development team
  • Establish scalable processes while maintaining startup agility


Who You Are

  • A senior growth executive with deep experience in drones, UAS, or unmanned systems
  • Proven track record scaling revenue in aerospace, defense, or dual-use technology companies
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition pathways (FAR, OTA, SBIR/STTR, etc.)
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels
  • Experienced in startup or scale-up environments where ambiguity is normal
  • Confident, credible, and effective with executives, customers, and government stakeholders
  • U.S. Citizen
