Technical Sales Manager / Director (Aerospace Components)

A leading aerospace component manufacturer is seeking a Technical Sales Manager or Director to drive revenue growth and expand key customer relationships. The role requires a technically fluent sales leader who understands the aerospace supply chain and can identify, pursue, and capture new opportunities with existing and prospective customers.

The company designs and manufactures high-reliability motors, actuators, and motion-control components used in aerospace, defense, space, and other mission-critical applications. Their technology enables precise movement and control in systems where performance and reliability are essential.

Ideal Candidate

• Aerospace industry sales experience
• Strong technical understanding of electromechanical or motion-control systems
• Existing customer relationships and opportunity visibility
• Ability to quickly identify and develop new revenue opportunities

Compensation

• Manager: $125K–$150K base + 15% bonus
• Director: $150K–$175K base + 15% bonus
