Demonstrated experience leading Propulsion Test best practices through review processes – Test Concept Reviews (TCR), Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), etc

Strong engineering first principles related to turbomachinery design, operation and typical failure modes. Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem solve to achieve solutions.

Experience and familiarity with defense industry standards and designing propulsion systems for aerospace and defense platforms (eg. MIL-STD)
