WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a performance-minded marketer who understands how to generate applicants, not just clicks. This role is ideal for someone analytical, organized, and confident managing campaigns across multiple client accounts.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Manage and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns across Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and similar platforms
  • Improve applicant flow, lead quality, and hiring outcomes for clients
  • Monitor CPC, CPA, apply rate, time-to-fill, and other core metrics
  • Test job ads, targeting strategies, bids, and budgets to improve results
  • Translate hiring goals into actionable media strategies
  • Build clear reports and recommendations for internal teams and clients
  • Identify new channels, tools, and tactics to improve performance
  • Coordinate with account teams to align campaigns with hiring priorities
  • Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in execution and reporting


YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience in recruitment marketing, staffing marketing, or paid media for hiring campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with job board advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with campaign data
  • Ability to manage several accounts at once
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ownership mindset and dependable execution
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and willingness to test new ideas


NICE TO HAVE

  • Agency experience
  • Experience supporting staffing or recruiting clients
  • ATS or CRM familiarity
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads experience
  • Conversion tracking knowledge
