Paid Media is one of the most powerful levers in modern marketing — and this role puts you at the center of it. As a Paid Media Manager with a focus on Paid Social, you’ll be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing campaigns that directly drive client growth. You won’t just manage ad accounts — you’ll shape the strategy, performance, and outcomes that define client success. This role is highly cross-functional, working alongside media, strategy, and account service teams to translate business goals into measurable results.



What You’ll Own


  • Campaign Management & Optimization: Launch, manage, and continuously optimize Paid Social campaigns across multiple client accounts, ensuring performance consistently meets or exceeds KPIs.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly reporting overviews and deliver actionable insights that inform both short-term optimizations and long-term strategy.
  • Strategic Input: Think critically about clients’ business goals and recommend Paid Social initiatives that unlock growth opportunities.
  • Planning & Execution: Provide input on campaign planning — from budget allocation to platform mix — ensuring all requirements for success are in place.
  • Creative Partnership: Recommend creative and copy directions based on data and historical learnings, partnering closely with design and content teams.
  • Channel Expertise: Execute across all major Paid Social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn.



What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on Paid Social campaign management experience.
  • Additional experience with programmatic media buying is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, conditional statements, VLOOKUPs).
  • Highly organized with excellent time management; able to balance multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive mindset, and a proven track record of taking initiative.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
