WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a senior-level data leader who combines technical depth with strategic thinking. You’re comfortable leading analysts, presenting to clients, and building advanced models—but you also understand how to translate data into business decisions. You thrive in fast-paced agency environments and take ownership of outcomes, not just analysis.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Lead and mentor a team of Analysts and Strategists, setting standards for analytical rigor and delivery quality.
- Design and oversee descriptive and predictive analyses using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to define business problems and translate them into scalable data solutions.
- Present insights, models, and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to new business efforts by identifying opportunities and articulating data-driven growth strategies.
- Access, clean, and transform large, complex datasets to support advanced modeling and performance analysis.
- Research and implement emerging data systems, martech platforms, and AI/ML tools to enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Establish and maintain data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting and BI solutions.
FIRST 3 MONTHS FOCUS
- Integrate into active projects, contributing to ongoing analyses and solution development while building context around client goals and challenges.
- Identify skill gaps and proactively strengthen expertise in relevant tools, platforms, and methodologies.
- Develop a deep understanding of existing data infrastructure, martech tools, and AI/ML applications in use.
- Begin presenting insights internally and contributing to client-facing discussions with clarity and confidence.
AT THE ONE-YEAR MARK, YOUR IMPACT WILL INCLUDE
- Leading high-impact strategic initiatives that apply advanced analytics to solve complex business challenges.
- Driving measurable contributions to new and existing client growth through data-backed recommendations.
- Introducing or enhancing data systems, martech tools, or AI/ML frameworks that improve organizational capabilities.
- Building scalable measurement and BI solutions that empower teams to make informed decisions.
- Establishing strong QA processes that ensure consistently reliable datasets.
- Earning trust from clients and internal stakeholders through clear, effective communication.
- Developing junior team members through mentorship and hands-on guidance.
YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis within marketing or performance environments.
- 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and advanced statistical or machine learning modeling.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, CDPs, CRMs, and measurement design.
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
- The ability to quickly interpret and apply platform documentation and technical resources.
- A proven track record of using data and technology to drive measurable growth.
- Strong prioritization skills and a self-directed, ownership-driven work style.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in agency environments managing multiple client accounts.
- Exposure to marketing experimentation frameworks and incrementality testing.
- Experience implementing or integrating AI-driven automation solutions.
- Background in database architecture or data engineering collaboration.
