Role: Planning & Operations Manager

Location: Remote (LATAM)

Rate: $2,000–$2,500/month

Benefits: PTO and Holiday Calendar

Company: Eden

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Eden is a media strategy and planning consultancy where a small team of senior industry leaders works closely together to craft sharp, data-driven media thinking. Our philosophy moves beyond performance media to true media performance, focusing exclusively on strategy and planning — not execution — to ensure every investment delivers measurable business results. We partner with Global brands, applying advanced measurement approaches and audience-first video strategies to help them grow effectively in a complex, cross-channel environment.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Planning & Operations Manager with 4–7 years of experience in media planning, integrated media, or media operations who excels in structured, detail-intensive work. You should be comfortable inside a senior, high-output planning environment and able to manage recurring operational deliverables with precision. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping systems organized, maintaining clean documentation, and supporting strategic teams by owning the executional backbone of the workflow.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Maintain and update budget trackers, clearance sheets, and structured spreadsheets with precision and timely inputs.
  • Manage frequent budget changes, particularly for Human, and ensure all linked documents remain accurate and consistent.
  • Build and maintain flowcharts and creative-spend documentation across accounts.
  • Prepare weekly reporting decks by inserting screenshots, pulling visualizations, and refining partner slides for client readiness.
  • Set up recurring client meeting decks, assign owners, track missing sections, and ensure materials are complete.
  • Maintain weekly change logs to document shifts in spend, rotations, creative, and other planning inputs.
  • Support competitive work by building maps, charts, and visual summaries and integrating them into client presentations.
  • Manage client status sheets, ad hoc trackers, meeting notes, and follow-ups with clarity and reliability.
  • Organize shared drives (OneDrive and Google Drive) to maintain clean, accessible, clearly structured file systems.
  • Coordinate with creative and traffic partners to track materials and ensure documentation is current.
  • Build and manage planning, launch, and reporting calendars across campaigns, markets, and accounts.

YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 4–7 years of experience in media planning, integrated media, or media operations.
  • Solid understanding of media planning language — budgets, CPMs, flights, rotations, pacing.
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills with confidence working in multi-tab trackers.
  • High attention to detail and discipline in producing work with zero defects.
  • Steady, organized approach to managing multiple recurring deadlines.
  • Ability to structure information cleanly across decks, trackers, calendars, and shared drives.
  • Comfort supporting multiple account leads and working across several accounts simultaneously.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven approach to repetitive but critical operational tasks.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience supporting integrated planning (digital + offline).
  • Exposure to competitive mapping or market-level analysis.
  • Experience coordinating across creative, traffic, or external buying partners.
  • Light familiarity with Tableau, Looker, or similar tools for viewing or assembling reporting inputs.

WHY JOIN THIS TEAM

You’ll work inside a senior, highly skilled strategy and planning group supporting fast-growing, recognizable brands. Your role will directly improve the team’s ability to stay focused on high-value strategic work by owning the operational layer that keeps accounts moving. You’ll gain exposure to integrated planning, advanced measurement practices, and cross-channel thinking while working in a collaborative and detail-oriented environment.
