WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an eCommerce Strategist who can take full ownership of marketplace performance across multiple client accounts. This person is both analytical and execution-oriented, comfortable turning data into strategy, and strategy into measurable results. You understand how marketplaces operate end-to-end and can confidently guide clients through growth opportunities.



IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Own end-to-end eCommerce strategy across a portfolio of accounts, from planning through execution
  • Develop media plans, forecasts, and growth strategies aligned with client goals
  • Lead product launch strategies, assortment planning, and inventory forecasting
  • Manage and optimize Seller Central and Vendor Central operations
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic decisions
  • Oversee content strategy and ensure SEO best practices across product listings and storefronts
  • Drive performance through Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplace advertising platforms
  • Identify and test new opportunities across emerging marketplaces and retail media channels
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor
  • Leverage tools like Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Google Analytics, and Helium10 to improve performance



YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in eCommerce strategy across Amazon, Walmart, Target, or DTC channels
  • Strong working knowledge of Seller Central and Vendor Central environments
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns, analyze performance, and translate insights into action
  • Confidence working directly with clients and presenting strategic recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides
  • A structured, problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate independently
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A consistent focus on performance, outcomes, and continuous improvement



NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with tools like Jungle Scout, Supermetrics, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with Google, Meta, or retail media ecosystems beyond marketplaces
  • Exposure to emerging marketplace channels and new commerce platforms
  • Experience working in an agency environment
