Benefits: PTO and Holiday Calendar

Company: Boon Health

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Boon Health is a coaching company helping people grow through one-on-one coaching, customized workshops, and human-centered development programs. The team supports more than 100 corporate customers across industries and serves over a thousand professionals every month. Boon is lean, bootstrapped, and grounded in a simple idea: meaningful growth happens person to person.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re adding an Account Manager to support a growing portfolio of HR, People, and executive-level customers. This role blends relationship building, structured execution, and thoughtful problem-solving — the kind of work that makes coaching actually land inside an organization. You’ll join a small, high-trust team where every person is responsible for real outcomes and client experience.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Support accounts from onboarding through renewal, ensuring a smooth, high-impact customer experience.
  • Coordinate program logistics — coaching activations, reporting cycles, workshop prep, facilitator scheduling, and engagement campaigns.
  • Participate in client kickoffs and onboarding sessions.
  • Review contracts and summarize key terms to support internal planning.
  • Serve as a dependable, proactive point of contact for customer stakeholders (HR leaders, CEOs, L&D leaders).
  • Track account performance, monitor trends, and surface insights that guide recommendations and program adjustments.
  • Partner with Operations, Product, and Coaching teams to ensure quality delivery at scale.
  • Maintain clean, accurate data in CRM and project management tools.
  • Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to advance them.
  • Contribute to operational improvements that sharpen Boon’s service and client outcomes.

YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 3–7 years in account management, customer success, or a similar relationship-focused role.
  • Strong communication skills and ease with senior-level stakeholders.
  • A steady, detail-driven operating rhythm — you keep moving parts organized without losing the plot.
  • Analytical instincts: you can read the story behind the data and translate it into action.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a small, high-ownership team.
  • A strategic mindset — you can understand a customer’s goals and help shape the right solution.
  • A people-first approach; you listen, adapt, and take responsibility for outcomes.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with HR, Learning & development, coaching, or professional development programs.
  • Familiarity with workshop logistics or service delivery operations.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, or similar tools.
  • Curiosity around AI tools and workflow automation.

WHY JOIN THIS TEAM

Boon is small, focused, and doing work that actually helps people grow. You’ll be close to the customer, close to the product, and part of a team that values clarity, ownership, and thoughtful execution. If you want to shape programs that genuinely move the needle — and grow into a fully autonomous Account Manager — this is that kind of role.
