Role: Shopify Developer (Half-time)

Location: Remote (LATAM)

Rate: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month

Company: Masseuse Health Co. (Basedin Australia)

Contract Type: Half-time

Working Hours: 3:00pm–7:00pm PT

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Masseuse Health Co operates a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands in the wellness space. The business includes two core ecommerce brands—Masseuse Massage Chairs (the long-standing, primary revenue driver) and Masseuse Health Co (a fast-growing line focused on recovery products like ice baths and saunas). A third smaller grooming brand also sits within the portfolio.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a hands-on Shopify Developer who can own day-to-day site updates while also building new pages and layouts as the business launches new product categories. You’re the type of person who moves quickly, QA’s your work carefully, and keeps the site looking sharp without needing a lot of hand-holding.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Manage daily Shopify updates across two primary stores (Health Co + Massage Chairs)
  • Update site banners, promos, pop-ups, and announcement bars based on campaigns and launches
  • Build and iterate on product pages for new products and new categories (e.g., ice baths, saunas, red light panels)
  • Create and maintain landing pages for lead gen and paid media campaigns
  • Implement theme and layout updates that improve clarity, conversion, and merchandising
  • Upload and organize products/SKUs as needed, ensuring content is accurate and complete
  • QA site changes before and after launch (mobile/desktop, key flows, basic edge cases)
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and the external performance agency so they can stay focused on paid media
  • Work from provided creative assets, and (if you have the skill) occasionally create simple web-ready graphics

YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 3+ years building and maintaining Shopify sites in a fast-moving ecommerce environment
  • Strong theme experience (Liquid, HTML/CSS, JavaScript) and comfort working inside Shopify admin daily
  • Proven ability to build high-converting product pages and landing pages quickly
  • Solid QA instincts—you're diligent about checking your work before it goes live
  • Experience structuring products/collections and handling new SKU uploads cleanly
  • Clear, proactive communication and comfort collaborating async with a distributed team
  • Ability to work reliably during the required hours (3:00pm–7:00pm PT)

NICE TO HAVE

  • Basic design capability (simple banner/promo assets, light layout work)
  • Experience optimizing for conversion rate (CRO) and speed/performance
  • Familiarity working alongside paid media teams (lead gen flows, landing page iteration cadence)
  • Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-store Shopify setups

WHY JOIN THIS TEAM

You’ll be the dedicated Shopify owner for a growing DTC portfolio that’s launching new categories quickly. This role has real leverage: the work you ship will directly support new product launches, lead gen performance, and a cleaner day-to-day operating cadence across the team and agency partners.
